You don't have to live stressed out and exhausted.
My inner critic is a bully…
My life feels out of control, my to-do list is running the show…
If one more person tells me my life is amazing and I SHOULD be happy I am going to scream…
Sometimes we look at our lives and wonder…how did I get here?
It seems everyone has an opinion on how you should live your life (from guru’s to friends to partners to parents). Unfortunately, if you spend all your time listening to them, they can end up drowning out the one opinion that really matters – your own. And once you lose that, it can be hard to find it again.
If you’re tired of listening to everyone else, maybe it’s time to hear what you have to say. If you’re willing to listen but aren’t sure if you have the answer, you may need some help learning to trust yourself again. That’s ok! You’re in the right place.
If you’ve read every self-help book known to man and have re-lived your past to a counselor (at least one) and you are ready to cut to the chase and get some answers. I can help. Even if you don’t know it yet…I do. You’ve got this! It is possible to stop stressing over what other people think you should do. It’s time to go back to basics and get our hands dirty making some real, lasting change.
It’s okay to make mistakes – trusting yourself is messy! – but I’m here to support you as you get messy so that you can get clear. Together, we’ll find straightforward, practical strategies for learning who you are again and using that knowledge to bring your happier life back into focus.
I’m here to support you as you find your way to a happier life! I know from experience that telling yourself you SHOULD be happy doesn’t make you happier. You deserve to have less angst, to live a life full of meaning, to have fulfilling relationships with those closest to you, and, most importantly, to learn to love and trust yourself again.
Stop Just Managing Your Life and Start Living it…Happier.
Let’s get there, together.
