If you have been following me you know I have recently opened a new space called the Live Happier Loft. This new space is one of the reasons it has been so quiet here on the blog. Over the past month, I have received a lot of questions and curiosity about the Loft and wanted to write some blog posts addressing those questions. So over the next few weeks I will be talking about the Loft and what it means to me and what you can expect from this space.
These are the stairs leading up to the Live Happier Loft that spell out the mission of the Loft.
So what is the Live Happier Loft?
The Live Happier Loft is a place…
to be yourself and discuss topics such as setting healthy boundaries, dealing with Mongers, facing fears and Living a Happier Life.
to learn how to make mediation fun and mindfulness an every day part of your life.
to let your hair down, enjoy good coffee, the occasional glass of wine and plush comfortable chairs.
to feel pampered and special.
where everyone is welcome
where creativity is encouraged
where you have the room to be on your own journey, make your own mistakes and have your own ah ha’s
a salon for the soul.
Bottom line: A lot of people have a lot of opinions on how to live a happy life. I believe there is only one opinion that really matters–yours. The Live Happier Loft is a chic, comfortable place to shelve the stress for a few hours, let go of the “shoulds” and talk about Living Happier. With everything we put into looking our best, shouldn’t we take the time and effort to feel our best too?
June marks the official opening of the Loft and I am kicking it off with 1/2 off pricing on all of my programs (some more than 1/2 off). This is a great chance for you to get to know the Loft and come and see for yourself what it is all about. So far the buzz is amazing and people are loving the concept and the conversations have been rich and powerful. The number of ah’ha’s both for me and the Loft attendees is priceless. You can for all the programs here. Have a question? Feel free to email me.
I hope to see you at the Loft.
