Too often we get so focused on our to-do list or being good that we forget to Be Silly. So this week I challenge you to take a break and be silly. Take a dance break, get crazy with your kids, belly laugh with your partner. There are LOTS of ways to be silly and the best news by nature of being silly… you can’t do it wrong!
