Day Retreats

You need a break.

You need some time away to concentrate on yourself, have some space and just be.

You would love a retreat but spending a night (or 2) away from home is just a bit too much to ask.

Don’t worry, I have you covered.

Introducing the Live Happier Day Retreats.

A common question I get is, “when are you going to have another retreat.” And my answer is I don’t know. I LOVE retreats I love the space they provide, the time away, the chance to meet new people and learn new things AND I hate sharing a room and/or a bathroom.  So I am experimenting with a wonderful concept of Day Retreats.

A chance to do a deep dive into different topics including:

The Art of Slowing Down:  You WANT to slow down, you WANT to step off the treadmill. And yet, you have so much to do and your to-do list always trumps your desire to slow down. I get it we will have plates that runneth over. AND I know that even if some magical wish were granted and you received a day of nothing a free pass from your to-do list and even better everything that you were supposed to get done would get done (to your standards) you would STILL struggle with taking a day to do nothing.  What’s that about?!!  The thing we SAY we want the most is also the thing that we don’t know how to enjoy.  Join me as we explore this topic in more depth.

Mongers, BFFs and Biggest Fans! A Deep Dive into all things Monger…frequently people ask I don’t know who is talking to me? Is it my Monger, BFF or Biggest Fan? Am I self-sabotaging or being kind to myself or both? What does my Biggest Fan really sound like? Why does my Monger always chime in when I am on to something big?   Join me to explore these 3 characters and how they are influencing your life and how to come to know and love them (and not always listen to them!)

Each session is stand alone so you can attend 1 or both

The retreats will take place at a Farm House built in 1820 near Lancaster, Ohio (approx 30-40 mins SE of Lancaster).  With over 40 acres of rolling hills, a heated pool, and comfortable places to curl up with your journal, a good book or just a place to sit and listen to the birds this place is the perfect place to disconnect for the day.

Lunch will be provided and is included in the cost.

The Happier Approach will be provided to each attendee. Feel free to bring a journal, book to read and a swimsuit if you want to go swimming.

Space is limited I want these to be small so we can maximize time with each other and time alone.
