You don't have to live stressed out and exhausted.
I cannot believe it is already November! So even though it is sunny and 70 here in Columbus, Ohio November is here and the holidays are upon us. November is the holiday of Thanksgiving which has morphed into a month of giving thanks. Even though, studies have shown that gratitude directly affects our levels of happiness, I have a love-hate relationship with the quick fix of gratitude. Studies show that people who practice gratitude are happier in their relationships and in their lives in general.
In my own personal experiment on the idea, I have decided to partake in the 30 days of Thankfulness Challenge seen in the picture above. I LOVE the idea of having a particular subject to think about and be thankful about at each day. So I am going to be experimenting with this challenge on my Facebook Page…I would love for you to join me…either on your facebook page or mine. Throughout the challenge, I am going to be exploring the topic of gratitude in greater detail. Both the positives and the negatives of gratitude. In honor of the month of November, I am looking forward to diving deeper into the subject of thankfulness and living happier.
